Description: The Bath Solution retained SM Design Studios to implement a contact system for their site and a general overhaul of current pages. SM Design Studios designed a simple contact form module with custom graphics for inclusion in each page of the site as well as a full stand-alone contact form. Each of these forms is passed to the server for initial processing before being forwarded to a user for immediate action.
