This information will give our designers a basic over-view of the parameters for your project. Once we have review this form we will contact you and go over, in detail, what you are expecting and work out a proposal for your project. No work will begin on your site until you have been fully briefed and an agreement has been reached as to what will be included.

1.) Purpose

3.) Banner Graphics

Banner graphics are general the portion of a website at the very top of each page that general remains the same for each page. This is a place to craft the image you wish to represent. Many people include their company's logo in the area or other imagery that represent them or their field. It is very helpful if you include a copy of your company's logo, brochure, catalog, etc. so that we can see how you present your image.

SM Design Studios is not a hosting company. You will need a web host for your final product. We recommend our clients web hosting services tailored to their specific needs. We've worked with dozens of hosting services -- the good, the bad, and the ugly. Please let us recommend a Web host service for you. Our service includes the upload of your project to your host upon completion at no extra charge, and we are able to help you retain a host if you do not already have one. Package prices include minor updating of content. This covers minor price changes, product changes, etc. It does not include major changes, such as changing newsletter content, page content, or products (which essentially involves constructing a new webpage), which is billed at our hourly rate. Our maintenance packages also include a monthly review of your site to ensure it is online and in full working order.
